maltese food cooked by hotel(s) and catered restaurant/event food is as brown as the color of the entire island. fortunately i had nice pork ribs today for lunch at a nearby place..real food at least. few days ago, i had my first bite at rabbit meat in the hotel. one other causasian colleague asked me,’does that taste good?’. I said, ‘i dont know thats why im only taking one...
