maltese food cooked by hotel(s) and catered restaurant/event food is as brown as the color of the entire island.
fortunately i had nice pork ribs today for lunch at a nearby place..real food at least. few days ago, i had my first bite at rabbit meat in the hotel. one other causasian colleague asked me,’does that taste good?’. I said, ‘i dont know thats why im only taking one piece’. He said ‘good idea’ and he also took one piece.
it’s white meat and tastes like chikin. wife told me not to eat rabbit =B …i only ate rabbit drumstick tho..its size of chikin drummet only.
i personally din get a taste of the lampuki fish..
there’s no malt here. vodka redbull, ‘Cisk’ beer, red/white wine and i had few glasses of whiskey cola tonite..
alas, off to home tmrw. thx for checkin up on my wife :)
